years ago I started making my own wine. Used to enjoying a bottle of
reasonable commercial wine with the evening meal on a regular basis ,
I found that homemade wines from kits were lacking in distinction and

For about 12 years sharing this experience with fellow home vintners
through my retail supply business, I kept notes of vintners questions

best possible wine from the winejuice chosen. Whether you are interested
